American Mathematics Competitions (AMC) - 2017

The Mathematical Association of America hosts the annual AMC contests for middle and high school students. Its purpose is to spur interest in mathematics and develop talent through the excitement of friendly competition at problem solving in a timed format. 

Congratulations to all participating students! The AMC Contests are very challenging! If you did not qualify for the AIME this year, please come back and try again next year.

AIME Scores are in! We have 4 Qualifiers for the USA(J)MO Contest! 

Congratulations to Vismay, who qualified for the USAJMO! (Only 6 qualified in the state of Florida!)

Congratulations to Yuru, Brian and Cynthia for qualifying for the USAMO! (Only 10 qualified in the state of Florida!)

The USA(J)MO Contest took place on April 19th and April 20th. Congratulations to all who participated in this year's contest!

  • Yuru, a 9th Grader, qualified for the AIME throught the AMC12!

  • Akanksha, Iris, and Vismay, 8th Graders, qualified for the AIME through the AMC10!

  • Christian, Lucas, Razzi, Shantanu, and Tanishk, 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Students, all achieved Certificates for having scores greater than 90 on the AMC10!
