The Mathematical Association of America hosts the annual AMC contests for middle and high school students. Its purpose is to spur interest in mathematics and develop talent through the excitement of friendly competition at problem solving in a timed format.
The AMC-10/12A Contest will be held at FAU on Thursday, November 10, 2022, beginning at 2:30pm. **Due to Tropical Storm Nicole, we are unable to host the A contest at FAU Boca.**
The AMC-10/12B Contest will be held at FAU on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, beginning at 9:00am.
Registration is still open for the AMC-10/12B, and will remain open until all slots are full.
Please note that while only in-person proctoring by FAU is permitted. All contests will be given via the computerized format at the indicated time. All students will be set up through Canvas for the contest links, so switching from in-person to virtual will be easy. We are excited and look forward to seeing all of you on campus once again!
