Research Interests

I am interested in the interplay between modern and classical analysis, in particular the applications of interpolation theory in Classical Analysis. I am currently interested in applications of Approximation theory and Harmonic Analysis to Image Processing, Optimization and Learning theory. For the last 8 years or so I have also been working intensively on Sobolev inequalities and applications. I have collaborated with researchers from all over the world. Currently I have ongoing projects with researchers from Bulgaria, Israel, Poland, Spain.
