Spanish River Park with Boca Raton Beach Access  

We have reserved pavilion #9 at Spanish River Park on Thursday, March 7, from 12:00 noon to sunset.
Parking passes for Spanish River Park are available at the Conference registration desk.
Spanish River Park is the closest beach park to the university.

Directions: 

 Take FAU Blvd. north to Spanish River Blvd. (NE 40th St.), turn right, and continue across the bridge to the ocean. Turn right at the light, then turn right again into the park, and show the permit to the park ranger.

Beaches are open 8-sunset, supervised by lifeguards 9-5.

Showers and restrooms are provided. The park has a children’s playground, nature trails. Fishing in the Intracoastal is permitted with a Florida fishing license or in the ocean with a saltwater license.Showers and restrooms are provided. A nice walk south along the beach will take you to Red Reef Park. There, you will find nice hiking and running trails along the ridge above the beach, partly boardwalk, partly brick or pine needles, all the way to Palmetto Park Rd.

Parking may be limited so it might be a good idea to carpool or use Uber/Lyft.

There is on-street parking along N.E. 3rd Street and on other streets in the neighborhood.

One block south of Palmetto Park road is east Royal Palm Road which has some designated parking spaces.

The boat ramp in Silver Palm park is open and has parking spaces.
