Follow the directions. Accounts are active from noon April 11 to midnight April 20. The assessment will take between 1-2 hours so make sure that you allocate the proper amount of time. This assessment will not be graded.

The week in lab you will have a quiz in lab on inverse functions. Also, please print a copy of the material located here and bring this material to lab. Review exam 5 has been posted to the left.

The ReTest for exams 3&4 tomorrow will be held in the normal exam rooms.

Please note the definition of a function given below. You are expected to memorize this definition as it will most likely (hint, ;^) be tested on exam 3.

Definition--We say a function f from a set A to a set B is a rule of correspondence assigning to each element x in A one and only one element y in B. The set A is called the domain of the function f. The set B contains the codomain (range).

If you scored a 40 or below on the first exam, you should strongly consider transfering to Intermediate Algebra. You have until Friday, February 02, 2008 to transfer into Intermediate Algebra. Please discuss this with your instructor if you have questions.
