LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING

This is to confirm that I, ____________________________________________ , have understood the following as explained by my lab instructor in MAC 1105:

(1) Students MUST CIRCLE each answer choice selected on their exam. Each student will obtain their score for the multiple choice portion of the exam by grading this portion of the exam themselves. Answers will be available at the end of the testing session.

(2) Free response portions of the exams not collected by students on the day that they are returned during lecture are NOT obtainable during office hours (scheduled or normal). Free response portions of the exams will only be distributed during the lecture at the instructor’s discretion after the first distribution.

(3) Any student incorrectly filling out an answer sheet will obtain a score of zero!

(4) Students are ONLY ALLOWED to bring an answer sheet, a number 2 pencil, an eraser, and valid identification into the testing session.

(5) Homework assignments can not be dropped off at a T.A.’s or Instructor’s mailbox. Any student dropping off a homework assignment at a T.A. or Instructor’s mailbox will be given a grade of zero. Any student who does not turn in their homework assignments as instructed will receive a grade of zero.

(6) Any student who does not turn in a homework assignment as instructed will receive a grade of zero.
