Description: For a general idea of the objects studied in graph theory, look at
http://www.math.fau.edu/locke/graphthe.htm#Defs. As a warm-up exercise: look at the two pictures displayed above. What is similar about the two pictures, and what is different?
Your grade will determined by a combination of tests (approximately four to five weeks between tests, which will usually be held on Fridays), assignments, and possibly some short presentations.
Last Day to drop without a grade of F: October 17, 2003.

Reading Day is Wednesday, December 3, 2003.
Please note that Thursday, December 4, 2003, is a regular class day.
